Drink & Act Locally
We believe in giving back to our community. We couldn’t imagine brewing Starpoint beer anywhere else! With that in mind, we support many local charities and organizations who do so much for those in need and make the Triangle and North Carolina such a special place to live. This comes through direct donations as well as requests to pour at small craft beer festivals, which often raise money for charity.

The Be Loud! Sophie Foundation supports teen and young adult cancer patients and their families at UNC Hospitals. We’ve been a part of their annual Be Loud! weekends at Cat’s Cradle since the beginning (and even taken the stage).
The Animal Protection Society (APS) of Durham builds lifelong bonds between people and animals through education, community outreach, and care for animals in need. Look for us at Pints for Paws each spring.

Although we are honored to receive many requests for contributions, the number of applications we receive exceeds the funds and resources available and we are unable to honor them all.
